I. Registration for conference participation

The student fee includes also doctoral students. For student discounts, please, prepare to show proof for your status.
Registration rate (April 11 – )
Registration (starting April 1): Regular fee (300€), Student fee (150€)
Late bird day rate (available June 1): Regular fee (90€), Student fee (45€)
- Sunday, June 11: Sauna at Allas Sea Pool (18,00 EUR) REGISTRATION CLOSED (note, the Allas Cafe event free and open access)
- Monday, June 12: A Finnish film evening with special guests (free)
- Tuesday, June 13: A conference dinner evening (45,00 EUR) REGISTRATION CLOSED
II. SCSMI membership
In order to present a paper, in addition to the conference fee (above), you need to also be a current member of the Society.
Nonmembers are free to submit a proposal but, if accepted, they have until March 1st, 2017 to join SCSMI, otherwise acceptance will be withdrawn. (Note, that the scsmi-memberships are not managed by Helsinki-conference organisers.)
